Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EC+ Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We strive to provide high-quality services but make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services are provided "as-is" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and return or destroy any confidential materials. Payment obligations for services rendered prior to termination remain in effect.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
